I work with Christ and God, not ‘spirit-guides’, channeling, ‘ascended-masters’, deite's, religion or new-age modalities. Sessions are not hypnosis, regression, theta, psychic readings or transmissions. I am not a psychic, medium, clairvoyant or reader. The process is to relax you and assist you toward your own connection with God/Christ and therefore awareness and insight. I guide and direct you where needed. Through the gift of sight and revelation we are directed to the priorities.

It’s amazing how much easier this becomes when you connect with God and don’t rely on your mind, will or human understanding. In sessions I support you to drop into this connection and be Christ and God led. This connection is already in your heart but for many people it’s been distant.

Through a gentle relaxation exercise and support and direction you are guided to what you need in session. Some people are naturally somatic (connect and feel through the body), some people are visual, others connect to words, thoughts and feelings, others to memories and events. Each person and session is different but references are always presented to support you to connect with what is most important. I use different methods based on what presents, your natural tendencies, guidance from God and insight.

Through the gift of sight and insight/revelation I am able to assist you to understand what the emotions, patterns, energies and limitations are that are unresolved for you as well as where and what kind of dark influences are playing a role in your challenges and limitations.
